  4. Remember to act before the deline, 7 days after the advert.

What happens next ?

  1. HomeChoice checks the applicants meet the Criteria for the property they have applied for.
  2. After the deadline, HomeChoice makes a list of applicants for each property.
  3. Then the property is offered to : Tranfer applicants - The person with the oldest tenancy or New applicants - The person who has been registered for housing the longest.
  4. The offer will be made by phone or in writing.
  5. A time will be made for you to view the property.
  6. If you like the property a tenancy will be perpared for you to sign, and a date set for you to move into your new home.

What if I do not like the property ?

  1. Do not worry! Tell us straight away, we won't mind.
  2. you will not be penalised in anyway and can apply as many times as you wish.
